また武術を心得て心身共に鍛える事だって、強くなる為の一つの方法です。

私自身もジムに通いトレーニングを積み重ねるまで、全く知らない用語でした。
改めてテストステロンとは、一体どぅ言う物なのか？
テストステロンを分かりやすく言うと、筋肉量と骨格と言った物を作り出す一種の細胞だと思えば、分かりやすいです。
更に肉体面と精神面の健康にも大きく関与する事もあります。
このテストステロンは、多岐に渡って我々人間に大きく関わって来る細胞です。
テストステロンの生成に役立つ食生活を心掛ける。
アスリートは、食生活がとても大切で、食生活によって体作りとコンディションが、左右されると言っても事実過言じゃありません。
それだけ食生活が、大切だと言う事です。
主な食生活をお伝え致します。
ザクロ。
牡蠣。
ナッツとホウレン草。
脂身の多い魚。
鶏肉、魚、卵、豆腐、種子類。
玉ねぎとニンニク。
となります。
まぁ要するにタンパク質とビタミン、ミネラルと言った食生活を心掛けて下さいと言う事です。
あとマグネシウムも。
特定のサプリメントとビタミンを利用する事。
細かく説明すると長くなりますので、簡単にどのサプリメントもビタミンをとるべきかをお伝えしておきます。
亜鉛のサプリメント。
ビタミンD。
ジヒドロテストステロン(DHEA)。
アスパラギン。
結論から言いますと、体内のホルモンも分泌に大きく関わって来ると言う事です。
テストステロンの分泌を避けなければならない事とは。
我々生命の成長を促進するテストステロンは、かなり重要だと言うのが、本文を通してよく理解しました。
ただ日常生活の過ごし方によって、テストステロンを分泌する可能性もあります。

アルコールの摂取。
お酒が好きな方にとっては、耳が痛く苛立つ話しとなりますので、ご了承下さい。
お酒の摂取は、体内ホルモンのバランスが、崩れやすく当然テストステロンの分泌にも大きく影響されて来ます。
筋発達を望むのであるなら、お酒を止めろ！
とまでは言いませんが、アルコールの摂取は、控えるかほどほどにして下さい。
体重維持に役立つ食事を心掛ける。
分かりやすく言うと、食生活のバランスを心掛けて下さい。
と解釈すれば、分かります。
具体的に言うと、タンパク質と炭水化物をバランスよく取り入れ、その上においてビタミンとミネラルを取り入れる食生活を心掛ける事です。
睡眠不足は避ける。
睡眠中は、成長をする為に必要な事です。
何せ寝ている間に、筋肉や骨格が作られると聞きます。
分かりやすく言えば、成長期において、気がついたら驚くほど身長が伸びています。
この例えを変えれば、睡眠時間が少ないと、成長に必要なテストステロンが、分泌する危険性が、生じて来ます。
最低でも7時間の睡眠時間は、確保すべきです。
睡眠不足は、健康面において体によくありません。
これは皆様もご存知な事です。
テストステロンの分泌の面でも同じです。
規則正しい生活を心掛けて、十分で良質な睡眠を取りましょう。
運動のやり過ぎに注意。
いわゆるオーバーワークとでもお伝えしておきます。
それに伴いテストステロンの生成も抑制されます。
また肉体労働者の方なら理解出来ますが、過剰な肉体労働になりますと、疲労感に見舞われ筋肉の損傷や筋発達も妨げられます。
オーバーワークは、健康面にも損なう事になりますので、くれぐれもご注意下さい。
ウエイトトレーニングを欠かさない。
私自身普段ウエイトトレーニングを積極的に行う方なので、この事をお伝えすれば、自己批判しかねないので、手短にお伝え致します。
ウエイトトレーニングは、テストステロンの分泌を促します。
ストレスを回避する様心掛ける。
このストレス社会において、ストレスを回避して下さい！
と言われてもかなり厳しいです。
そのストレスは、自律神経のバランスが、乱れる事によって、様々な症状を引き起こす恐れに繋がります。
そぅなって来ますと、当然テストステロンにも大きく関わって来ます。
炭水化物や糖の多い食生活を避ける。
私達日本人は、お米による炭水化物の摂取をすると力が、発揮しやすくなります。
当然フリーウエイトトレーニングの場合は、有利になります。
しかしその裏腹に、炭水化物の多い食生活になると、インスリンの分泌を促進する為、テストステロンの分泌を抑制されてしまいます。
炭水化物の多い食生活で、インスリンの分泌の活性化を念頭におく事が、大切です。

確かに仰る通り、テストステロンはかなり重要です。
